The Schüco iof ID is a small tag which gives every unit in a building its own digital identity. All of the data, information and documents relating to the unit can be stored in its digital twin and will be available throughout the duration of the unit’s useful life. That is not just the first important step towards creating a digital building envelope, it also makes the day-to-day work of all those involved much easier. The iof ID can be used for windows, doors, sliding systems and facades.

Schüco BlueCon i

SCHÜCO INNOVATIONS

BlueCon i

With the Schüco BlueCon i module, the Bluetooth element for the front door, everyday life is made easier. The door lock is easily controlled at the push of a button via an app on the smartphone. With the auto-unlock function, the door opens by itself, even if the smartphone is in your pocket. The connection between the lock and smartphone is established in a matter of seconds via Bluetooth. Incidentally, the design of the front door is not impaired, as the BlueCon i module is concealed and almost invisible in the door rebate on the inside. So it remains protected from environmental influences such as rain or storm.

The hygiene demands and requirements, especially in areas such as hospitals, nursing homes, kindergartens and public buildings, are growing steadily. Especially with a view to multi-resistant germs that no longer respond to conventional drug treatment. Schüco is responding to this by developing an antimicrobial surface coating for window handles, push handles, door handles and also for the inside of the entire frame construction. The surface finishes anodized, INOX look and powder coating are available for the Schüco handle range. Antimicrobial profile surfaces are realized exclusively with powder coatings.
